TERMS OF SERVICE

  • Please review my portfolio and my style prior to commissioning; my style is fairly broad in what I am capable of, but I will not copy another artist’s style for you.

  • Any art I create is my own. Unless exclusive rights are purchased, I retain all rights to use and monetize my art in any way I choose. This includes the sale of prints, online sales, marketing, published materials, or any other merchandise.

​

  • You retain the right to use artwork for branding (emotes, illustrations, banners) but cannot reproduce commercially (merchandise such as apparel, stickers, etc) unless negotiated and agreed to beforehand.

​

  • I may livestream any part of the process on my Twitch channel for my art streams. If you do not wish to have your commission shown, please let me know ahead of time and it's no problem! :)

​

  • You may neither sell nor exchange my art in any form, physical or digital, print or NFT, under any circumstances unless you have my express written permission AND you have paid for the rights to do so.

​

  • My work is NOT allowed to be used in AI Image Generation.

​

  • I have every right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request or if the request falls under subjects I will not do. If you are unsure, we can discuss this further.

  • Terms & Conditions are subject to change without warning. Please review this page each time you are commissioning me & understand these terms are important to keep in mind to ensure time, money, and efforts are not wasted. If there are any questions/concerns, please do not hesitate to ask :)

 REQUIREMENTS & DETAILS

  • A VALID EMAIL IS REQUIRED. This is where I will be sending the final files along with what email is going to be on the PayPal invoice I send you.

  •  After the initial commission request is made, we will need to establish the best way of communication. My commissioning process consists of stages where I will require approval from you before proceeding to the next step. I will not proceed unless approved. Emails & social DMs is fine but the best way to reach me is through Discord - username is ChurroPotato :)

  • We’ll go over the basics of what kind of service is being requested and is expected of me - emotes, digital illustrations, banners, etc. Please include the quantity if it’s more than one item.

​

  • PLEASE PROVIDE REFERENCE IMAGES. Please come prepared as lack of reference images will only prolong the initial process to get your commission actually started. This may include emotes/illustrations I’ve done before to understand the style/direction you’re going for. If you are unable to gather reference images, I will need as much details regarding your idea. For emotes, that includes expressions, pose, or anything else needed specifically.

  • When sending a pose reference, please keep in mind that it will be made through my personal artistic interpretation and I will not copy the exact pose/linework of the reference.

​

  • I will require a contract to be signed along with payment before I start sketching/drafting anything. The amount due up-front will vary:

    • < $100 will require full payment up front to begin

    • > $100 will require at least 50% of overall price up front to begin - the rest can be paid at the end of commission.

​

  • You are allowed 3 revisions free of charge - any additional changes, especially out of the steps in my process, will incur a flat fee of $10 per revision.

​

  • Here are the image resolutions to expect:​

    •  

  • Discord Emotes: 112 x 112px

    • I do offer to resize them to 500 x 500px for +$25per

  • Sub Badges: 18 x 18px, 36 x 36px, & 72 x 72px

  • Role Badges: 64 x 64px

  • Digital Illustrations: 2000 x 2000px+ @ 300dpi

  • Banners: 1000 x 1000px+ @ 300dpi

CURRENT ESTIMATED TURNAROUND TIMES

  • Please be mindful that I do still work a full time job during the week, so turnaround times may vary. The time frame listed below is after we have discussed the details of your request and I have received payment. Turnaround times for Emotes & Sub Badges vary depending on number of orders and complexity of your commission. It will take time. I will always let you know if there is anything that will affect when you will be getting your art :) â€‹

  • Emotes: 1-2 weeks

  • Sub Badges/Role Badges: 1-2 weeks

  • Digital Illustrations: 3-4 weeks

  • Banners: 1-2 weeks
